Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Nature of the Service
Go CoFund Me provides a public directory platform designed exclusively for individuals and teams to list their projects, books, software, creative ideas, or decentralized ventures seeking community funding. We serve solely as an information bridge between project creators and potential supporters.
2. Permitted Listings vs. Prohibited Content
This directory is strictly reserved for actionable projects, research, creative milestones, and startups (e.g., publishing a book, building a SaaS application, launching hardware, or conducting scientific research).
Strictly Prohibited: Personal fundraising causes are entirely excluded. You may not post listings requesting funds for personal living expenses, housing, individual medical bills, personal debts, or emergency relief. Any such listings will be deleted without right to a refund.
3. Listing Fees and Transaction Validation
- One-Time Fee: To preserve directory quality and limit spam infrastructure, publishing a project requires a single, flat, non-refundable listing fee of 2.00 USD equivalent in stablecoin.
- Payment Execution: The user must independently send this payment to the official wallet address specified on the submission form. Users are entirely responsible for network selection and gas fees.
- Verification and Security: Upon payment, the user must provide the legitimate Transaction Hash (TxHash/TxID) and select a private 6-digit Security PIN. The PIN combined with the TxHash grants the user exclusive rights to modify their project details in the future. Attempting to spoof or reuse transaction hashes will result in a permanent ban.
4. Total Absence of Financial Mediation
For Project Browsers / Backers: Clicking on any external contribution or contact link within a project listing redirects you completely outside of Go CoFund Me. We do not process donations, verify the legal identity of creators, or guarantee project delivery.
Assumption of Risk: All interactions, smart contract interactions, or crypto transfers made after leaving this directory are strictly at your own financial risk. Go CoFund Me is not liable for any fraudulent campaigns, lost crypto assets, or unfulfilled promises made by listed projects.
5. Limitation of Liability
Go CoFund Me, its operators, and infrastructure providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses arising from the use of this directory, external link browsing, code exploits, or project abandonment by any listed user.
